Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Surga33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at surga33.cam ("the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Surga33 platform in any capacity — including browsing, wagering, depositing funds, or participating in promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific promotions or games offered on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our customer support team.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Surga33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account. Surga33 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. You must not register on behalf of, or allow access to your account by, any third party.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously applied for self-exclusion on the Platform or any platform operated by the same group. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact customer support before attempting to register.
5. Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update any information that changes.
6. Not a Company Employee: Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Surga33 and its associated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing your legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and contact number. You may also be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document at or after registration as part of the KYC process.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Surga33 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Surga33 immediately via the live chat or email contact channels. Surga33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

4.3 KYC Verification

Surga33 is obligated under its international licensing conditions to conduct identity verification on all users prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and/or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

Terms of Use

Access to the Surga33 Platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis for the sole purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Platform, including all software, content, games, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Surga33 and its licensors. You are granted no rights in respect of such intellectual property other than the right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

Surga33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time and without prior notice, where operationally or legally required. The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes where possible.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Surga33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as displayed on the Deposits page of the Platform at the time of transaction.

6.2 Currency

Malaysian user accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Surga33 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of deposit and the time of credit.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) completed and approved KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding the User's verified Real Money Balance; and (d) compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Surga33 reserves the right to process withdrawals only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent operationally possible.

6.4 Processing Times

Surga33 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM MYT (Malaysia Time) on business days, subject to completed KYC and no outstanding compliance holds. Processing times for cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may vary. E-wallet withdrawals (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay) are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Actual credited times depend on the receiving institution.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Surga33 is committed to full compliance with anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations under its international licensing framework. The Company reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Surga33 will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation by competent authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

Surga33 may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible users only. Eligibility criteria will be stated for each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new users making their first qualifying deposit only.
2. Each eligible user is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Multiple accounts created to claim promotions will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account closure.
3. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets of a minimum stake as specified per promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement fulfilment — game contributions will be stated in individual promotion terms.
4. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
5. Surga33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any such modification does not retroactively worsen the position of a User who has already satisfied the wagering requirement.
6. Promotions are intended for recreational players only. Surga33 reserves the right to exclude a User from a promotion or to revoke bonus funds where there is evidence of strategic wagering, abuse, or any form of promotional exploitation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Surga33 Platform are subject to the general rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. The following general principles apply to all real-money wagering:

1. Finality of Accepted Bets: Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it may not be cancelled by the User, except where the Platform's rules for the relevant market expressly permit cancellation (e.g., certain in-play events).
2. System Errors: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obvious pricing error, a technical malfunction, or incorrect settlement — Surga33 reserves the right to void any affected wager and return the staked amount. This applies equally to casino game malfunctions and sports betting errors.
3. Sports Betting: All sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and esports events) are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook. Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise altered from its originally scheduled format, settlement rules as stated for that market type will apply.
4. Casino Games: All casino games, including live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slots, and table games, are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the Platform. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems that cannot be influenced by the Company or any third party.
5. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has defined minimum and maximum stake limits, as displayed at the time of wagering. These limits may be adjusted by Surga33 at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Surga33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account per person, regardless of the device or payment method used.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including falsification of age or identity.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including operating the account commercially on behalf of third parties.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to assist in placing bets or playing casino games, except where expressly permitted.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit Platform systems.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of errors will be forfeited.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction, VPN usage to misrepresent your location, or any technical measure implemented by Surga33.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Surga33 customer support staff or other users of the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

Surga33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Changes to existing limits that reduce the cap take effect immediately. Changes that increase the cap are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure notifications to alert them when their active session reaches a duration they have pre-selected.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may voluntarily suspend access to their account for a period of their choosing, ranging from 24 hours to six (6) months. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be reactivated before the period expires.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Surga33 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of Surga33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Surga33.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Surga33 regarding the Platform may be used by Surga33 without restriction or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Surga33, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses sustained as a result of wagering activity, whether arising from game outcomes, sports results, or technical issues.
• Loss of data, account access, or any service interruption.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any actions taken by Surga33 in good faith to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, including account suspension pending KYC verification or AML investigation.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Surga33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

Surga33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that a user holds more than one account on the Platform.
• Account being used in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling, including patterns suggestive of professional or automated betting.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Surga33 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where closure is for any other reason, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the user via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to them or the use of the Surga33 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Surga33 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent not otherwise resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process.

Users are reminded that Surga33 operates under an international gaming licence and is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority. Malaysian users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with Malaysian law.

Amendments to These Terms

Surga33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, Surga33 will provide users with reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. For non-material amendments, changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
